Please refer to owner’s manual for warranty information regarding our bicycles and tricycles. All other products (“Parts”) sold herein are guaranteed to be free of defect in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase as evidenced by the invoice on which the product was purchased. The entire liability of Husky Bicycles, L.L.C. and HLF Distributing, Inc. (collectively referred to as HUSKY/HLF”) and your exclusive remedy will be replacement of the product. In the event a replacement is not available, Husky/HLF will issue a refund equal to the purchase price of the product, exclusive of freight charges. HUSKY/HLF will have no responsibility to replace a part that is damaged by accident, abuse, or incorrect installation.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON PARTS BY HUSKY BICYCLES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE , ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO NINETY DAYS (90) FROM DATE OF DELIVERY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICATION. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL HUSKY BICYCLES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PARTS SOLD HEREUNDER.
