In 2005, Husky Bicycles became a wholely owned subsidiary of HLF Distributing, Inc. of Houston Texas.

In recent years, Husky Bicycles has developed innovative bicycle and tricycle frame technology, using chromoly to enhance the strength and durability of its bicycles and tricycles.
