All returns must be made with prior approval and issuance of a Return Authorization number. All returns must be made freight prepaid. In the event we make an error in processing the order and ship you the wrong item, we will send you a freight prepaid return label and request that you return the item using the return label and the original packing. You may return any product purchased for any reason within thirty (30) days from date of purchase for a full refund (exclusive of freight charges), provided that (1) the product is returned in its original packing, (2) has never been used or installed for use, and (3) is in sellable condition with no visible damage to the item or packing. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for returned items that do not meet the above requirements. The amount of charge will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.
ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT CLEARLY SHOWING THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURNED (COPY OF CREDIT CARD STATEMENT IS NOT CONSIDERED A RECEIPT). FAILURE TO SEND THE RECEIPT WILL RESULT IN SUBSTANTIAL DELAY IN PROCESSING YOUR CLAIM.
